Came here for the biang biang noodles that man other reviewers recommend. Overall, the homemade noodles were good. Nice chewy texture and broad to allow the chili sauce to coat them. For the price, they are really skimpy on the beef. Came with three measly slices of brisket. They were tender but way too little (see photo) to be considered reasonable. Overall service was friendly, prompt but the ordering system using the QR code leaves much to be desired. Does not allow two people at the same table to order and pay separately. The ordering system keeps trying to combine the orders. Last low stat rating is the 3% additional service charge when using credit card. Restaurants forget that using the credit card is an instrumental aspect of the dining experience. Tagging 3% is poor business practice. Just because a few other places do the same doesn't mean it's okay,... two or more wrongs does not make it right.

A friend of mine and I decided to try noodle deli! Can I say it is really a hidden gem that I am glad to share. Noodle deli is a small business that you can tell has immense passion for food and serving customers! The food is amazing every dish was fresh and flavorful. It kept making me want more food! I would highly recommend the tofu skin and vegetables ( this has peanuts if you have a nut allergy please be mindful ), I also recover the cumin lamb, and the Dan Dan noodles! The service was good. Given itβs a small business one had to be patient but, I feel itβs worth it! The ambiance was great! I like the decor and how clean the space was. Overall, I would highly recommend noodle deli for anyone who wants fresh, flavorful food that wonβt disappoint you!

This place is fantastic!! Serving up authentic Shanxi and Xi'an dishes, this place is a gem in the northwest suburbs! We had the biang biang noodles and the beef brisket soup. They were delicious, the biang biang noodles were a little spicy and very savory. Simply delightful. If you want authentic and delicious Chinese food come here, you won't regret it!

Coming here feels like having a home cooked meal. Everything is made fresh and the service is excellent. The Dan Dan noodles are my favorite and I could honestly have them everyday if I could. Everything I have tried here has been amazing and I always look forward to the next time I can come!

Came with a friend who recommended this spot. Noodles were so chewy, bouncy and delicious (biang biang and buckwheat noodles), mapo tofu was seasoned perfectly, great green beans and pork. Service was great, run by an adorable family. Canβt wait to go back
